The Schmalz ECBPMi IGUS handling set is a ready‑to‑connect end‑of‑arm solution designed for efficient vacuum-based gripping on IGUS ReBeL cobots. The miniature electric vacuum generator delivers up to 1.6 l/min suction capacity at a 60% vacuum level, enabling reliable handling of airtight workpieces up to 3 kg. Its lightweight construction increases usable robot payload, while the modular flange design ensures uncomplicated installation in tight automation layouts.

The set includes the ECBPMi generator, flange plate and both flat and bellows suction cups, enabling fast adaptation to different workpiece surfaces. Intuitive operation is ensured through a capacitive interface with status LEDs. With 24 V DC supply, IP40 protection and operating temperatures from 0–40 °C, the system integrates seamlessly into modern EOAT setups without the need for compressed air.
