SmartScan - Cost-efficient and flexible scanner for fast and accurate acquisition

TESTIA belongs to the Airbus Group and is considered a specialist in the field of material testing. In order to automate certain testing processes cost-effectively, it was decided to carry out the project planning together with igus. The goal was to develop a precise, efficient and flexible gantry system.

The project was realized with a room gantry that was designed for the different requirements of the customer.

This test is carried out in water.
